JOB DESCRIPTION
- ENSURE TIMELY DELIVERY OF TICKETS FOR TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE EMPLOYEES.
- SUPPORT IN VISA PROCESSING FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL OF EMPLOYEES
- SUPPORT AND ENSURE INVOICE PROCESSING AND ON TIME PAYMENT TO VENDORS / SUPPLIERS
- SUPPORT IN MIS CREATION, UPDATING AND MAINTAINING FOR ALL ADMINISTRATION ACTIVITIES.
- SUPPORT AND ENSURE TIMELY PERIODIC REPORTING OF ADMINISTRATION ACTIVITIES
- SUPPORT IN COST SAVING BY ANTICIPATING REQUIREMENTS; SUBMITTING INFORMATION FOR BUDGET PREPARATION; SCHEDULING EXPENDITURES; MONITORING COSTS; ANALYSING VARIANCES ETC.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- ANY GRADUATION WITH MORE THAN 4 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- GOOD NETWORK AND CONTACT OF VARIOUS SUPPLIERS
- WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF COMPUTERS IS ESSENTIAL
SKILL / COMPETENCY
- GOOD COMMUNICATION IN ENGLISH
- SHOULD HAVE GOOD INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- GOOD TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND ABILITY TO PRIORITIZE
- SHOULD HAVE PROVEN ABILITY TO WORK ON CHALLENGING AND TIME-CONSTRAINED ASSIGNMENTS
- MUST BE A SELF-STARTER WHO CAN THRIVE IN A DYNAMIC TEAM ENVIRONMENT
